Description
Ranch located near the town of Bernardo de Irigoyen and only 8 km from the border with Brazil, accessed from the paved National Route No. 14. It consists of 2,109 hectares, of which 800 hectares are developed with planted pastures (Brachiaria Brizantha 20% and Star Grass 80%) on which livestock farming is carried out, with an excellent genetic line, adapted to the environment, with semi-intensive management, through paddocks of 20 to 30 hectares each. The picturesque landscape of hills, valleys, streams, and small waterfalls gives it a natural attraction for rural tourism development. Due to the soils and rainfall exceeding 1,800 mm, it is suitable for afforestation, agricultural development in certain paddocks, and has the possibility of continuing to develop the forest, which is currently of medium size, with low timber interest. Option to sell the ranch with closed gate.
