There are times when we dream of a place where we can seek peace, retreat, live surrounded by nature and devote ourselves to resting, tending our vegetable garden, going for walks or cycling along paths surrounded by cork oaks, fruit trees or vegetable gardens, or simply enjoying a swim in summer, your fireplace in winter, endless reading or conversations with your loved ones over a good wine and grilled meat… Well, all of this is within your reach at this beautiful country estate between Los Marines and Aracena.
As soon as we enter the property, we are invited to enjoy the view of a beautiful garden, vegetation all around and a house as its centrepiece. If the estate and its surroundings are special, this home bears the unmistakable mark of its owners… with a stone exterior, it has 208 m2 of built area over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a beautiful kitchen with an adjoining dining area, where family or friends are sure to enjoy memorable moments. It connects to a magnificent living room with a fireplace, from where we access two bedrooms, a full bathroom with a shower and a spacious room used as an additional living room, although it could be another bedroom, an office, etc…
Upstairs, we find four more bedrooms, two of them very spacious, and the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, plus another full bathroom with a bathtub.
The house has an outdoor terrace accessed from the kitchen, where you can enjoy the scenery with a good coffee or tea..
There are charming corners all over the estate… a pergola with its grapevine, a storage shed where the tools are kept, a swimming pool area for cooling off in summer, and a vegetable garden and plot where you can keep animals if you wish…
A wonderful property, with 5.236 m2 of land, good access, mains electricity and abundant well water.
