Large plot well situated in the Forxan neighbourhood, with excellent sea views. A small part of the plot is classified as common rural settlement urban land, although it does not meet the minimum area required for construction. The rest of the plot is classified as rural land under special water protection, so authorisation from Aguas de Galicia must be obtained for any municipal permit. Rental possibility. IW
