This property is located 6 km from A Pastoriza, 7 km from Muimenta, 11 km from Meira and 40 km from Lugo. The estate has 1,782 square metres of land with gentle slope and panoramic views of the valley.
The ensemble includes a main stone house distributed across two floors, connected by an interior staircase. Its structure preserves thick stone walls and wooden ceiling beams. The upper floor houses several rooms with windows that provide natural light and landscape views.
Attached to the main house is an ample brick alpendre offering a large covered space. The ensemble is completed by a well-preserved traditional Galician horreo, with its characteristic stone columns and elevated structure. Next to the house extends a plot of over 1,700 m2 of buildable land, sunny throughout the day.
The property includes several auxiliary stone buildings that, although requiring restoration, offer multiple possibilities for development. Access is direct from the road, with two entrances suitable for vehicles.
The estate has free municipal water supply and connection to the general electricity grid. Despite needing comprehensive renovation, the main structure is in good condition and retains great potential to recover its original beauty.
