This estate is very well connected to Seville, about 50′ from the airport. It is elevated, with good views, south-facing and sunny. It is ideal for spending weekends with the family, riding horses, shooting thrushes, waiting for wild boar, or also looking after the irrigated citrus plantation it has.
It has three clearly distinct areas:
1.- The cleanest and most level area, notable for its wide-open spaces, with meadows where annual herbaceous crops are sown. About 47 ha.
2.- The area of dehesa-style Manzanillo olive grove (9,1 ha.), with olive trees and wild olive trees that are truly at home in this setting. There are also some pine trees.
3.- The woodland area (39,3 ha.), of dense scrubland, with holm oaks, kermes oaks, rockrose and dense scrub, where wild boar take refuge. It is a small- and big-game hunting reserve.
4.- Lastly, the irrigated crop area (20,9 ha.) undergoing conversion, currently with 12.9 ha planted with orange trees, one mature section of…..and another recently planted section of……In total, it has up to 40,23 ha. under an administrative irrigation concession, so there is potential for growth. Annual allocation of 4.300 m3/ha/year = 172.000 m3 per year, pumped from wells to an irrigation reservoir that stores 30.320 m3 and is in turn served by a recently built photovoltaic plant.
In addition, an alternative/complementary crop (super-intensive olive grove) could be considered which, given its water allocation and the current concession, would allow the irrigated area to be expanded by up to an additional 33,6 hectares.
Recent average annual rainfall of around 460 L/m2/year. Temperatures rarely fall below 0º C, so frosts are infrequent.
5.- The house and garden are right between this area and the meadows, on elevated ground, with beautiful views of the Vega del Guadalquivir, with Carmona in the background and, further to the right, the Torre Pelli…
The house has two substantial buildings:
a.- Area with a large, glazed living room with a fireplace, a good-sized kitchen, a sitting room and a large covered porch. 128 m2 + the porch.
b.- Another section (more of a sleeping area), with a living room with a fireplace, a small sitting room, a kitchen, a toilet and 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms.
