PRO INDIVISO Land of rustic nature classified as Undevelopable except for 158,034.98 m2, classified as Land Suitable for Urbanization, forming part of the UR-1a Reservoir sector. Composed of 24 registered farms located in the municipality of La Vinuela, province of Malaga. The registered area of the complex is approximately 149.9866 hectares and cadastral area of 191.4320 hectares. It corresponds to a total of 42 cadastral parcels. The shape is very irregular and its orography varied. Being generally wavy, although outstanding consideration can be seen at some points. The farm is located in a rural environment, usually related to rainfed crops, traditionally used for livestock activities. By road it is located 48 kilometers from Malaga and 505 km from Madrid.
