Higuera de Calatrava is surrounded by olive groves, a friendly little town between Porcuna and Martos in Jaen province, Andalucia, Spain. The house is furnished, very well kept so ready to move into. Located on a quiet street with plenty of parking, there is also a double garage / workshop accessed via a lane at the back of the property. This also has a large storage room underneath it. Enter the front door into the living room with a corner fireplace, dining area and on the left stairs up to the first floor.
