Estate of 408,000 m2 located in the Las Quebradas area of Yecla, next to the natural surroundings of the Sierra Salinas and just 5 km from Pinoso, Alicante. A large property with impressive 360-degree panoramic views and peaceful surroundings, particularly suitable for the development of a residential project.
One of the estate’s main attractions is the possibility of dividing it into up to 20 independent plots for the construction of 20 villas. This offers various options for investors, developers or housing projects in a natural setting with extensive views and good connections to Pinoso and Yecla.
The property has approximately 10 hectares planted with almond trees. The remainder of the land is free of planting and offers various possibilities for use, including crops such as cereals, espalier-trained olive trees, almond trees or vines.
The estate has the possibility of irrigation water and the possibility of connecting to the mains electricity network. The main access is from the Yecla-Pinoso C-3223 road, and there is an internal gravel track in good condition, providing access to the different areas of the property.
Due to its size, location, views and the possibility of developing up to 20 plots for the construction of villas, this is an especially attractive estate for those seeking an investment opportunity or a large-scale residential project in the Yecla and Pinoso area. IW
