It is located in a rural setting, bathed in the fresh air of the Mediterranean, where a variety of landscapes—ravines and mountains—make it a very pleasant place for sporting activities, cycling, hiking, horseback riding, and a wide range of possible activities, cultural events and training courses; it also invites rest and relaxation. There are points of interest in nearby villages in the immediate area. Natural materials will be used in the construction, avoiding chemical components, which makes it suitable for accommodating people with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity Syndrome.
The site selected for the project was chosen after identifying the lack of this type of offering in the area and observing the suitability of the rural setting very close to Valencia. Short-break tourism, combined with leisure, sporting and training activities, has been and continues to be one of the main factors in Spain’s development. The proximity of the Airport, 19 km away, makes it easier for foreign tourists to arrive. The proposal is based on promoting rural tourism and developing strategies compatible with sustainable tourism aimed at people who are sensitive to healthy living and respect for the environment.
