Beautiful rustic estate in the surroundings of the village of Alaior, with outstanding landscape value and an environment in which peace and tranquillity are the key features of this property. Set apart from the urban centre of Alaior, we find this rustic wonder, which is crossed by an enormous cliff that leaves no one indifferent. The sunsets here are out of this world. The property consists of a main house with 5 double bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms and a kitchen in the purest Menorcan style, open to a comfortable and spacious dining area. It also has 2 large porches where you can enjoy a peaceful meal with family and/or friends, and very close to the main house we find two other large buildings: an enormous half-built 'boer'—a huge blank canvas for the future investor—and another large storage building where all the household items, laundry, cleaning supplies, etc. are kept. Along its paths, we find the estate's jewel: an enormous cliff that crosses it, with great and unique landscape value, from which some caves can be seen and where we can delight our eyes with the island's finest sunsets. In short, a very well-preserved property, cared for down to the smallest detail, offering peace and tranquillity to anyone wishing to live there.
