Rustic estate located in the municipality of Alamedilla, Granada, in the area known as El Salaillo, about 2,000 metres from the municipality, with a total area of 206 hectares.

Dryland olive grove: 128 hectares, planted about 15–20 years ago, with a spacing of 7 x 7. A total of about 26,000 trees.
Dryland arable land: 3 hectares.
Woodland or unproductive land: 75 hectares.
The farm has a localized irrigation system, regulated by storage reservoirs and various filtration units. The water comes from boreholes on the farm itself.
Irrigation is deficit-based.
The estate has sufficient machinery for its cultivation and operation.
The estate has a cortijo-style house of about 200 m2 and sheds and covered structures of about 600 m2.
