Opportunity in the Heart of Nature: Charming Stone House in Oza-Cesuras
A beautiful stone house is for sale, located in the picturesque place do Moneco, in the peaceful municipality of Oza-Cesuras. This rural retreat is situated just ten kilometres from the centre of Oza dos Rios, where you can find a variety of services such as a pharmacy, supermarket, bars, etc., and 18 km from Betanzos, just 25 minutes by car. In addition, A Coruna is 35 minutes away, offering the perfect combination of tranquillity and accessibility.
The property sits on a plot of 3,138 m2 and has a construction of 95 m2 on the ground floor and 49 m2 on the first floor. The ground floor, built of stone and with its walls in excellent condition, is arranged over two levels. One of them houses a kitchen with a traditional wood-fired oven, perfectly preserved, while the other space was used as stables and a shed. The area of the former shed has brick walls, offering the possibility of glazing the space with large windows, allowing natural light to flood the interior.
On the first floor, most of the exterior enclosure is also made of brick, making it easier to open windows and improve the light, an uncommon feature in many traditional stone houses. The roof of the house was renovated a few years ago, ensuring that the walls remain in optimal condition. This new roof has concrete joists, covered with uralite, and its interior is lined with chestnut wood.
In addition, there is the possibility of acquiring an adjoining plot of 5,730 m2 for only 10,000&euro, ideal for those wishing to expand their outdoor space. The property is located near the Mero River, offering an exceptional natural setting.
This house is perfect for those seeking a serene life in a rural setting without giving up the comforts of modern life. Don’t miss this unique opportunity! Contact us for more information and to arrange a viewing.
