This is an estate with great potential for investment projects. It offers scenery suitable for creating high-quality rural tourism, as it is twenty minutes from the AVE station. The entrance to the estate is directly off the road, as shown in the photo, just 10 kilometres from Córdoba.
It has three springs, abundant game (although it is not registered as a hunting reserve): mainly partridges, deer and wild boar. A hunting reserve could be established in cooperation with neighbouring estates.
It has abundant Mediterranean woodland: scrubland, holm oaks and cork oaks.
Close to various areas of tourist interest, in addition to the capital. Another major attraction is its location in relation to the Villares golf club, just ten minutes from these facilities. Horse-riding routes are another possibility to consider. We have a stud farm if you wish to undertake an activity of this kind.
We believe the price is appropriate given the estate’s characteristics and location. In any case, it may be somewhat negotiable depending on the agreed method of payment.
