Beautiful 50 ha estate. For livestock, recreation and hunting use.
With one part of pastureland without trees (10 ha.) and another part of woodland populated with holm oak, kermes oak, pine and rockrose.
It has a livestock shed of around 200 m2 made of concrete blocks and cement fibre-cement roofing; there is a borehole well and the medium-voltage pylon is inside the estate.
At the top of the hill, we have very beautiful 360-degree views, ideal for building a home.
The interior tracks need some maintenance, in the form of clearing the rockrose surrounding them. The estate forms a hunting reserve together with neighbouring properties. It has 4 entrances via different tracks, all with their own gate; the entire estate is fenced with 2 mt-high game fencing and iron posts, in perfect condition, and divided into paddocks.
An estate well worth enjoying, with good access and 2 h. from Madrid, via the Puente Del Arzobispo road (Toledo).
