Rustic estate with a country house in Jubrique, located by the Genal River in the Serrania de Ronda, Malaga, Andalusia, Spain.
For sale: a spacious 14-hectare rustic estate in the beautiful surroundings of Jubrique, situated along the banks of the Genal River—an ideal setting for nature lovers and those interested in cultivation. Of the 14 hectares, 2 are dedicated to an orchard, featuring fruit trees such as orange trees, alongside a wide variety of native species including chestnut, gall oak, holm oak, and poplar trees.
The property includes a country house of approximately 150 m2 that requires renovation. The structure, which features a roof made of metal sheeting and foam insulation, is laid out over two levels: a basement containing two rooms, and an upper floor comprising a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms. The house is not connected to a water supply and currently lacks electricity. An existing well on the property requires the installation of a pump to become operational.
Access to the estate is via a 6 km track, passing through three gates before reaching the property, which ensures a high degree of privacy and tranquility. Although the house is situated next to a neighboring property, all of its windows face toward the estate itself, providing greater seclusion.
