Irrigated rural property, with a 70 m2 dwelling and 2 hectares of land.
Located 12km from the municipality of Caspe, capital of the Bajo Aragón-Caspe comarca (Zaragoza).
The dwelling consists of an original stone building and an extension (solarium) built with wood, straw bales and clay render.
It is laid out over two floors:
ground floor: front and rear entrances, solarium - living room with large windows and spectacular views, kitchen-dining room with a wood-burning stove and a small storeroom-pantry where the solar installation is located.
Second floor: spacious 15 m2 room from which you can access the green roof of the solarium, with views over the entire property.

The bathroom is outside the dwelling and consists of a shower, washbasin and dry toilet. It also has a small cupboard and water heater.

All the buildings have been constructed according to bioconstruction principles, using clay and lime mortars, straw, wood, wood-fibre insulation, ecological varnishes and paints.

The house is missing the final details, allowing it to be finished according to needs and tastes.

Outside the dwelling there is space to park 2 or more vehicles, with a covered woodshed.

Next to the dwelling there is a water reservoir with a capacity of 36,000 litres that supplies the house and can be used as a swimming pool. A drip irrigation system branches off from it to water the nearest fields.

The property has a plantation of olive trees, almond trees, walnut trees, vines and various fruit trees. Part of it is uncultivated.

The property borders the Guadalope River, a peaceful and pleasant place surrounded by nature.
