The estate is located in the municipality of Planes, province of Alicante, at its southwestern end, adjoining the municipalities of Almudaina and Benimarfull. The sector’s perimeter is clearly delimited by the Cueva and Sofre ravines and by the remains of a livestock track that runs along its southern edge, on the boundary of the municipality with Almudaina Vereda del Sofre . The vegetation is very varied and dense, including pine, oleander, mastic, ivy, blackthorn, reed, brambles, and some ornamental plants such as cypress trees. Its area, approximately 37,8 Hectares, maintains a balanced proportion and relationship of dependence with the urban centre of Planes, from which it is about 2 kms away. There is a farmhouse on the estate that needs renovation and offers many possibilities. In rural properties, homes can be built on plots of 10.000 m, so there is great potential for creating a beautiful tourism project.
