410-hectare rural estate dedicated to cereal cultivation and located just three kilometres from the City of Segovia.

The estate is crossed from north to south by the N-110 road and, at its southern end, by the SG-20 road (Segovia city ring road).

From the estate, which borders the nursing home, the Cathedral can be seen.

Running through the estate are the old road from Segovia to Madrona, the Madrid–Segovia High-Speed Train line, with its station 6 kilometres away, a greenway along a former railway line, and a drovers’ road.

There are remains of an ancient Roman road and some small caves containing archaeological remains.
Along its northern boundary and within the estate run the Tejadilla stream and its valley, as well as a Roman bridge.
The estate and its urban centre, located in the middle, have water, electricity (electrical substation) and sewerage (drainage to the wastewater treatment plant adjoining the estate).

The urban centre, which allows for the construction of up to 65 terraced houses, includes a Romanesque church, the cemetery, former schools, etc.

The estate is currently used for intensive cereal cultivation (PAC), pasture, poplar groves and a hunting reserve.
