Finca of 48.800 m2  4.88 hectares , with two “masses”. The largest mas of 60 m2, 30 m2 per floor, is located on the highest part of the property. The walls have been preserved in very good condition and the mas has privileged views. The other mas is located lower down, next to the road, is approximately 20 m2 in size and, like the larger mas, can be completely renovated. Half of the land is planted with olive trees and the other half with almond trees. A large part of the property is uncultivated. There is maximum privacy as it is located at the end of a road in a very quiet area, surrounded by nature. The finca is easily accessible via unpaved roads and the  Val Comuna  reservoir is just over a kilometre from the property. The property is located about 7 km from the village of Maella and the same distance from the town of Mazaleon.
