Olive estate dating from the 16th century, located in a select setting 15 km from Seville Airport and another 15 km from the historic city of Carmona.

There is a plaque confirming that D. Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra was there in 1590, serving as a commissioner for King Philip II.

The farmhouse is arranged around a central cobbled courtyard. It was restored in the 1980s.

The house is accessed through an arcaded courtyard supported by two marble columns, which lead to the reception rooms occupying the original olive-oil press.

The original mill is preserved outdoors in a courtyard with an iron gate dating from 1900.
