300-hectare irrigated and dryland estate in the Province of Murcia, specifically in Jumilla, with very good access via a paved regional road.
The crops are trellised and bush-trained vineyards, almond trees, olive groves and arable land. The vineyards have Jumilla Designation of Origin, mostly ungrafted vines over 60 years old. It receives substantial CAP subsidies and subsidies for ORGANIC cereal and vineyards. The irrigated arable land is exceptional because it is completely virgin, allowing the cultivation of any intensive vegetable crop. A great opportunity for anyone or any company wishing to buy a large estate. Part of the estate could be used for renewable energy.
