EC Inmobiliaria offers you this rustic property of almost 9000 square metres, in the municipality of Lierganes, in the El Rellano area, south of Rubalcaba. The property has a ruined structure of around 70 metres on the ground floor. Access to the plot is via a forest track in good condition, and the utilities—electricity and water—are about 200 metres away. In a completely unspoilt area, at the foot of the mountain and surrounded by forest in two directions, this property is ideal if you are looking for peace and relaxation. The forest shown in several photographs is a municipal plot adjoining the property on offer. Call us for more information; our team of experts will be delighted to help you with whatever you need. You can visit us at our offices in Santander, at 63 Floranes Street, next to Cuatro Caminos, and at 58 Fernando de los Rios Street. EC Inmobiliaria.
