Large rustic estate for sale, with approximately 261.000m2 of land, located between the municipal districts of Relleu and Aguas de Busot, closer to the urban centre of the latter. Access is via a dirt track, 100m from the CV-775 road. The estate includes a large area of agricultural land, much of it behind the house, in a secluded and very peaceful location. Ideal for weekends or for a hospitality business. The house is arranged over 2 floors, with several rooms on each floor and an interior patio. Most of it needs renovation. Outside, there is a garage, a barbecue area and a separate building of around 200m2 where horses and other animals were kept. In the past, it was rented out as an educational farm, where schoolchildren spent periods during the summer. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further details.
