Given what we have been through, are going through, and will surely go through, our mentality has been changing, and now more than ever we need open air, spacious areas, and plenty of light. On this occasion, the house we present to you more than meets the requirements we all have in mind. As you will see in the photos, it has a large private patio, with the particularity that no one could observe what is being done inside the house. Of course, here everyone's imagination can run wild with the countless things that could be done there parking, garden, swimming pool, pergolas, children's games, etc. . And as if it were the porch of a villa, we have the entrance to the house covered and overlooking the patio. The house is distributed in three bedrooms, two single and one gigantic with skylights in the hallway and master bedroom. What to say about the bathroom, also with a skylight, you could throw a party in it, it's so big, oh! And the other full bathroom with a shower in the patio area, which is really quite practical. The entrance to the house is spectacular, with those high ceilings and that feeling of space, to the right we would find the MEGA kitchen and to the left a good living room with a fireplace, both rooms with good ventilation and lighting, at the end of the hallway the three bedrooms are distributed. Going up to the terrace we find another living room and the immense terrace with a multi-purpose building. We even have access to a plot of land with independent access from another street, which is currently unused until you arrive with new ideas, so why wait if you have the opportunity now?
