Located in an area with the highest level of environmental protection, at the end of the Tiétar Valley, on the southern slope of the Sierra de Gredos, 1,6 km from Poyales del Hoyo (Ávila).

It has its own spring, which provides enough water for the entire property, both for domestic use and irrigation.

Its features make it an exceptional place: with a vast array of landscapes featuring native oak woodland and cultivated terraces (bancales) of vineyards, olive trees, fig trees, almond trees and fruit trees. It has great natural and ecological value, since over the last 25 years all the original wild vegetation has been preserved, as has the 'native' woodland, and the cultivated terraces have been maintained, keeping the olive trees (200 olive trees over 50 years old), fig trees (25), almond trees (12) and orange trees (6), as well as apple trees, pear trees, plum trees, loquat trees, quince trees, jujube trees, pomegranate trees, blackthorn trees and persimmon trees.

A stream marks the boundary of the property, and the wetland areas along its banks include other species such as salix, ash trees and hackberry trees. It also contains a varied Mediterranean flora: hawthorns, terebinths, white broom, heather, strawberry trees, lavender cotton, wild roses, spurge flax, etc.

The Finca is an example of native vegetation of great value. Due to the presence of fauna—mainly birds—of particular interest, the area is considered a special protection area.

The existing buildings make it fully habitable, supplied and comfortable: a house, a wine cellar with a vine-covered pergola, a swimming pool, a water reservoir and a private spring that provides enough water for the entire property, both for domestic use and irrigation.
