In the heart of Palencia, between Tierra de Campos and El Cerrato, the entire Finca Monte del Rey is offered for sale. This extensive private agroforestry and pastoral property is located within the municipal boundaries of Monzón de Campos, Amusco and Villamediana, approximately 12 km from the city of Palencia. It is crossed by the P-405, P-411 and P-420 roads, with a connection from Palencia to the A-62. The estate combines privacy, spaciousness and year-round operational access.

Its facilities include a fattening barn, calving sheds, three sanitary pens, more than 51 km of electric fencing and a network of internal tracks.
The estate includes the private hunting reserve P-10039, covering approximately 1,218 ha, which has been continuously managed since 1972. It is home to big and small game species, including wild boar, roe deer, red deer, partridge, hare, rabbit and quail.
In environmental terms, much of the woodland lies within the LIC 'Montes Torozos y Páramos de Torquemada-Astudillo', which forms part of the Natura 2000 Network. The diversity of habitats and the landscape of El Cerrato and Tierra de Campos provide natural value and opportunities for forest management and conservation. The property is also within the area for the reintroduction of the Iberian lynx in El Cerrato palentino, an element of interest for nature-based initiatives compatible with the applicable regulations and authorisations.

The built complex provides a basis for managing the estate and for potential renovation projects. It includes a main house in Castilian rural architectural style, with two floors and an estimated 550–600 m² of built area, an adjoining swimming pool, a farm, pens and agricultural and livestock outbuildings. It also has five former industrial buildings, a small watchtower and auxiliary huts within a fenced enclosure. The estate has several access points and internal roads that facilitate agricultural, livestock, forestry and hunting activities.

Given its scale, diversity of uses, existing livestock activity, leased hunting reserve and buildings, Monte del Rey may be of interest to buyers seeking an active operation or a rural property with different management options.
