Charming country house in the peaceful town of Costitx, ideal for those seeking a retreat away from the urban hustle and bustle, yet close to Inca, where we can find all the services we may need, and about half an hour by car from the city of Palma. With a built area of 260 m2 and a plot of 15.000 m2, this space offers multiple possibilities to personalise to your taste and turn it into your dream home. It has four double bedrooms, two of them with a spacious dressing room, two spacious bathrooms, one with a shower tray and the other with a bathtub, and a beautiful renovated, fully equipped kitchen with a large pantry. The house has oil-fired heating with a boiler on both floors, a fireplace and air conditioning on the ground floor for optimal climate control in both summer and winter.
