Located in the charming rural surroundings of Felanitx, this attractive plot offers an excellent opportunity to build a rustic-style home that combines tradition, comfort, and contemporary design, while also enjoying privileged views of the iconic Sant Salvador Monastery.
The project envisions the construction of an elegant single-story house, featuring three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of them en suite, all with direct access to the terrace.
The heart of the house will be a bright, open-plan area housing a modern open kitchen with a central island, a cozy dining area, and a living room with a fireplace, creating a warm and functional atmosphere.
Outside, the property will provide a setting designed to enjoy the Mediterranean climate, with a large pergola perfect for al fresco dining, a private swimming pool, and a carefully designed relaxation area. Next to the pool, an annex building is planned, including a utility room, an additional bathroom, and a versatile space that can be adapted to different needs such as a gym, office, or guest area.
