For sale: one of the best estates in the Argamasilla de Alba area.

With 1.445 Has., the estate comprises:
135 Has. of irrigated land with 3 operational pivots.
682 Has. of dryland in full grain production.
628 Has. of scrubland currently dedicated to keeping the animals free-ranging. Partridges, deer and wild boar roam freely thanks to the numerous feeders and water troughs on the estate. It should be noted that a small part of the dryland, close to the scrubland, is planted but not harvested so that the animals can access the food without having to move to the area dedicated 100% to harvesting.
The estate has three private water wells that amply supply all the irrigated Has.
The property has PAC payment entitlements worth 150.000€.

Facilities and buildings:
The property has a 1.200m2 main house with 13 double en-suite bedrooms and another five double bedrooms without bathrooms inside. Large lounges and an industrial kitchen, perfect for serving more than 50 diners. It has a 100m2 caretaker’s house and industrial sheds for storing grain, as well as other livestock facilities. In the past, the estate supported 4.000 dairy sheep, whose milk was sold to companies of recognised national standing and prestige for cheese production. It also has a large family leisure pool.

As for agricultural machinery, the estate has everything needed to be self-sufficient. This includes combine harvesters, ploughing tractors, planting machinery, rollers for repairing roads, and an industrial weighbridge for weighing the produce. All of it is in perfect condition and operational, with the machinery being renewed as it is depreciated. The estate currently has an agricultural specialist trained in agricultural machinery, who is responsible for the comprehensive maintenance of all the machinery. No external maintenance or repair service is needed.
