The farmhouse was renovated in 2006, based on the original main farmhouse, using the finest materials and finishes. It has an area of around 600 m2 over two floors.
It consists of two living rooms with fireplaces, an office, a games room, a dining room, a kitchen with pantry, a basement wine cellar, a laundry room, and a spacious garage. There are two storage rooms and two terraces.
Principal bedroom suite with dressing room and bathroom. And seven other double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, three of them with en-suite bathrooms.

There is a second farmhouse that could be renovated and used, for example, as a caretaker's house, or for any other purpose.

Electricity supply from the general grid, with its own transformer within the estate, of H.T. with a power of 50Kwa.
Water comes from two springs, one of them inexhaustible: it yields 4 litres/second (350.000 litres/day); its flow creates a stream that empties into a built fountain and, after feeding two pools, crosses the area of the vegetable gardens over a stretch of almost 500 metres.
This quantity of water would allow the construction of a natural pond of more than 20.000 m2.

In addition, there are several springs located in quiet spots on the estate that serve as watering places for the game, mainly wild boar, deer, and some Spanish ibex that come down from the neighbouring mountains, as well as some fallow deer believed to come from Cazorla.

As for the vegetation: there are forests of pines, holm oaks, Portuguese oaks, oaks, elms, junipers, some strawberry trees, some service trees, etc..., and undergrowth of rosemary, mastic, Phillyrea, thorn bushes, wild rose bushes, brambles, gorse, rockroses, broom, and in the damp areas ferns, horsetail, reeds, etc. are abundant.

A large rural tourism complex could be built and operated.
The estate is established as a big game hunting reserve, with game present all year round, including wild boar, deer, Spanish ibex and some fallow deer, and a small game hunting reserve for thrushes and pigeons, mainly in autumn.

This wonderful mountain recreational estate, with its large farmhouse, offers many possibilities due to its size, natural surroundings and favourable climate thanks to the high rainfall, both for private enjoyment and for generating an economic return.
For example, for forestry, since a large quantity of pine timber can be obtained, and also for agricultural and livestock use, including organic farming, thanks to the inexhaustible quantity of water available for irrigation.
Horses could be bred and all kinds of equestrian activities offered.

In addition to big and small game hunting, activities such as hiking, climbing, sport fishing, mountain biking, paragliding, etc. can be practised on the estate and in its surroundings.
For use as a rural tourism house, its proximity to the source of the Río Mundo, the Embalse del Tranco, the Sierras de Cazorla and de Segura, and towns of great cultural interest such as Úbeda, Baeza, Iznatoraf, etc. is also noteworthy.
