Grup90 is selling a 50 m2 stone house in ruins for renovation, set on charming land planted with citrus trees and olive trees, with a water reservoir, ideal for enjoying summer in the countryside. The land has water from a communal well and can be connected to electricity, as it reaches the adjoining building. IMPORTANT: The 50 m2 house shares two party walls with the neighbor’s farmhouse, so it has two exterior façades; the stone walls are in good condition and only the roof needs to be covered and the interior fitted out. Privileged location 1 km from the village of Masdenverge, along a quiet direct track without going onto a road.
