2 stone cabins with vaulted ceilings or 'volta', rustic buildings, a property for growing olive trees and almond trees, with woodland, for joining the hunting reserve and going hunting, and for spending the weekend.
It consists of 1 'volta' cabin to be completely renovated, as the vault or roof has collapsed, and another vaulted cabin, with rustic stoneware flooring, an open hearth, and a loft for 2 beds, in 20 m2. There is an area for eating, and an area for sleeping, for a couple and 2 children. Outside, there is 1 toilet, 1 kennel for the hunting dogs, a covered picnic area, and a built garage or carport for 2 cars. Half of the property is pine woodland; the rest is olive and almond groves in production. A valley, high-altitude dryland, ideal for spending the weekend surrounded by nature, cultivating the land. Rainwater is collected. There is no electricity; solar panels or a generator can be installed. A refrigerator was run on butane.
The property is very peaceful and has good views.
'It is not a habitable house with a certificate of occupancy'; these are buildings for agricultural use in the heart of nature.
