This beautiful dehesa is located in the Aracena and Picos de Aroche Natural Park.

It is very unusual, as it borders along one entire side on the Rivera de Huelva, which carries water all year round from the Zufre reservoir to the Minilla reservoir, and from there to Seville. This watercourse supplies water for human consumption to the city of Seville. It is impressive to see a ‘river’ full of flowing water in the middle of September, with rapids and the pleasant sound of the water.

It also has a greenway, the former railway line of Minas de Cala, which supplied iron ore to the city, with a spectacular bridge dating from the beginning of the century and a tunnel that remains in perfect usable condition.

There are 3 old buildings to restore, both for livestock use: one of 39 m2 with a lovely supporting post and another of 62 m2, and a pigsty of 112 m2 with a 43 m2 shed on one of its sides. In total, 257 m2 built.

You can choose to combine all the built m2 into a single building or to build the 140M2 linked to the operation, which may be used as a dwelling, near one of the existing buildings.

It is a big- and small-game hunting reserve. It has wild boar and deer. There is also good shooting for pigeons and thrushes. In total, around 300 Castilian quintals of cork. It has no mains electricity.

It is reached by motorway to El Ronquillo and from there to the estate (18′). There are 4 kms. of track (greenway) parallel to the tail end of the reservoir, a lovely walk alongside the water.

It is sold free of tenants, charges and encumbrances.

Access road alongside the tail end of the La Minilla Reservoir, and one of the three entrances to the estate through a well-preserved tunnel of the former railway that carried iron ore from Minas de Cala to San Juan de Aznalfarache in Seville.

General Regulations of the PARK:
-You must request a FEASIBILITY REPORT from the Zufre Town Hall. This request must be made by the developer, with my necessary authorization.
-Also submit a preliminary project of what you wish to do. (Town Hall and Park).
-One dwelling linked to the operation, of up to 140 m, is authorized.
-The existing dwellings may be renovated, with a building permit.
