The land consists of meadows with scattered junipers and holm oak forests, where there are significant areas of black truffle. Black pine forest predominates in the higher-altitude areas.

Buildings
The property has three groups of buildings that require renovation:

Mas de Fonollosa: three-storey building of approximately 360 m², as well as three single-storey annexes totalling a further 120 m².
Mas del Cabezo: two-storey building of approximately 160 m², together with two annexes totalling 80 m².
Corral del Curro: two-storey building of approximately 140 m², located on the northern slope.
The buildings are mainly located in the sunny areas of the estate.

Hunting activity
The main game that can be hunted on the estate is:

Beceite ibex.
Wild boar.
Roe deer.
Over the last 45 years, according to information provided by the owner, approximately the following have been taken:

90 Beceite ibex trophies.
430 wild boar. 


The estate has an agreement with the Vallibona hunters’ association that allows wild boar drives to be held within the 283 hectares.

In return for this collaboration, the owner obtains the right to a licence for one trophy Beceite ibex within the Vallibona hunting reserve, which covers approximately 5.500-6.000 hectares. This agreement is particularly important because big-game hunting requires a minimum land area of 500 hectares.

Ibex licences
The owner is entitled to one free licence each year for a trophy Beceite ibex.

Roe deer

Roe deer were reintroduced approximately 3-4 years ago.

The population is growing steadily and approximately 5-6 licences are currently granted each year.

Wild boar
Wild boar hunting is unrestricted and free of charge

The possibility of holding drives on the 283 hectares of Fonollosa is precisely one of the conditions of the agreement that allows the owner to obtain the free ibex licence each year. 


Black truffle
The 283 hectares belong entirely to the owner and have a significant presence of black truffle.

Truffle harvesting by third parties is not permitted. 

Status of the hunting reserve
It is important to note that the 283 hectares of Fonollosa, as they are not fenced, do not by themselves meet the minimum 500 hectares required to establish an independent big-game hunting reserve.

For this reason, there is a cooperation agreement with the Vallibona hunting reserve, which covers approximately 6.000 hectares
