This productive vineyard is located in Monforte de Lemos. The estate covers more than 16,000 m2, almost entirely planted.
The vineyard includes an automatic irrigation system and wire-trellised rows. It has great productive potential: 2,500 kg of grapes were harvested in 2024, having previously produced up to 12,000 kg annually. The grapes are of the Mencia variety and are grown without preservatives, chemicals or fertilisers.
The property includes a traditional stone storage building of 50 m2 built area, with stone walls and a timber beam structure, extendable to 75 m2. This building offers multiple possibilities for expansion and transformation, including use as a dwelling.
In addition, the plot includes approximately 450 m2 of buildable land. The estate is located 5 km from Monforte de Lemos, close to the Pazo de Tor  2.5 km  and the Augas Santas spa  4 km , which has a golf course.
