Rustic country house with plenty of privacy in the L'ocaive area of Pedreguer. The house has 120m2 of built area and 2000m2 of land, with spectacular views of the valley. PLEASE NOTE, the house does not have direct car access. It is reached via a path in quite poor condition, although it can be repaired, about 400 metres long, with 200 metres already repaired. Parking is possible quite nearby because the house includes a small plot of land nearby where a parking area can be made. Permission has been requested from the town hall. Half of the house is made of wood—the living room and attic—and the rest is built of masonry. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one of them attic-style and very spacious, 1 full bathroom with a shower, a kitchen to be renovated, and a very bright living room with a wood-burning fireplace. It has 3 floors: the ground floor has the kitchen; the second floor has the living room, 1 bedroom and a bathroom, and has 2 exits, one to the balcony and the other to the garden; and the attic bedroom is on the third floor. There is another small wooden house of 12 square metres that can be used as a storage room, office, workshop or bedroom. It has solar panels, a generator, batteries, and a cistern that is filled directly from the water of the Ocaive spring. 2000 m2 of completely fenced land with direct access to the mountain and the Ocaive trail. It is sold fully furnished and with all appliances. Quiet area surrounded by nature and 3 km from the village of Pedreguer. Do not hesitate to request an appointment to view this country house.
