Fantastic rustic farmhouse from 1900, renovated in 2022, with a spectacular spa area and garage for two cars.
Located very close to the town of Palafolls, the NII, the motorway and the beaches.
We enter through the open porch, which can accommodate two cars, motorbikes and more; through it, we access the home, measuring approximately 245 m2, distributed over 3 floors, and a 185 m2 garden. It has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
On the main floor, there is an extraordinary, enormous 20 m2 luxury bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub, a 20 m2 eat-in kitchen, a wood-fired oven, and a fully equipped, practical and functional layout. Next, we find a spectacular 50 m2 living-dining room with a large fireplace and access to the garden of approximately 90 m2.
Going up the stairs, we find 1 double en-suite bedroom with a spacious dressing room, 2 double bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.
On the 3rd floor, we find an enormous terrace with a storage room, with views of the mountain and the town, overlooking the sea and Blanes.
The property has aluminium joinery, double glazing, ceiling beams that imitate wood, beautiful stone-clad walls with a rustic feel, synthetic parquet flooring and heating. Terrace. Garden. Water well. Large storage room. Electric heating. A large, unique hydromassage bathtub that many would love to have; it is like having a spa at home and an ideal relaxation area.
