The organically certified Marinada-variety almond farm in Utiel is a natural paradise spanning 35 hectares of fertile land, dedicated to the responsible cultivation of 9000 almond trees. Set in an idyllic location, this expanse of land offers an impressive spectacle in every season: from spring blossom to the autumn harvest.
The almond trees, cared for using organic methods, create a captivating and sustainable landscape. The farm takes pride in following environmentally friendly cultivation practices, without the use of harmful chemicals. We harvested 118.000 kg of almonds last year, and the harvest volume increases every year. The estimated maximum will be 300.000 kg. in the near future, achieving excellent profitability with controlled costs and minimizing business risk. The return on investment is calculated at 7 years.  
We have a state-of-the-art irrigation system. It is a digital drip irrigation system with maximum efficiency and minimum costs. We also have a Power Transformation Centre with a capacity of 40 KW, equivalent to 40.000 Watts.
In addition, we include 2 Massey Ferguson tractors, one with 130 CV and the other with 85 CV, a 3000-litre atomizer and 3 cultivators with 11 and 17 tines. We also have a hydraulic branch shredder, an almond sheller, a scraper and many other items of equipment needed for the work. The almond-drying shed is also included.
As for the staff needed to carry out all the tasks, only one worker is required. Everything is mechanized to optimize costs and time. In addition, we also include a dwelling where the worker can live and be directly on the farm.
We benefit from CAP entitlements and an Annual Organic Subsidy.
