This is a fenced urban plot in the very centre, Av. Ramon Salomon, affected by an action unit to be developed, classified as key B with a buildable depth of 20 metres and a ground floor + 4 storeys, where both multi-family and single-family homes may be built; commercial and industrial uses will also be permitted. Part of it is buildable urban land and part is affected by the UARS, where building will be possible once that action unit has been developed, with the area urbanised and the corresponding roads ceded. Inside there is a warehouse in a ruinous state, and currently, while the action unit has not yet been developed, it may be used for agriculture and is described as an orchard with a waterwheel.
