This beautiful 89 ha estate is located about 30′ from Seville, with good transport links, partly via motorway.

The farmhouse and the built-up area are situated almost in the centre of the estate, at an altitude of about 150 m, providing good visibility across the entire estate and the surrounding area, including Seville on the horizon.

The estate has 32 ha of reforested holm oaks and carob trees, 10 ha of organic dry-farmed olive groves, and the rest of the estate is covered with eucalyptus, cork oaks and scrubland.

The built-up area covers approximately 2.300 m² and is divided into two distinct zones:

The Cortijo has a paved courtyard with orange trees, grapefruit trees and cypresses, accessed from outside through a spacious entrance hall. From this courtyard, there is access to the main house, seven dwellings and a chapel. Beneath the chapel and entrance hall are underground water tanks, and above these same rooms is a spacious laundry room for the general use of all the dwellings.

The main house has living areas for gatherings of approximately 20 people, a dining room for 14 diners with a small table for children in the same room, and a spacious kitchen with a separate pantry. These rooms open onto a large porch overlooking a landscaped area with a swimming pool. The main bedroom has a dressing room and bathroom, and there is a second bedroom with its own bathroom.

Although the other seven houses are different, their adaptation to the original building means they share the same layout: a spacious living-dining room opening onto a porch; a main bedroom with a dressing room and bathroom; two further bedrooms with a bathroom; and a fully equipped kitchen with an individual gas boiler for heating and hot water. All are accessed from the paved courtyard and open onto their own private porch overlooking the outdoor landscaped area.

The second zone, which we call Gañanía, is 50 metres from the farmhouse and consists of a building that covers and remodels an old circular 20 m enclosure surrounded by an ancient stone wall, and converted into an events area; it is equipped with a huge fireplace, a fitted serving kitchen and 3 toilets. A mechanical workshop, a dwelling for the caretaker with a porch, a storage building for agricultural and livestock use, stalls for four horses and the chicken coop make up the rest of this second zone.

Additionally, outdoors, in this zone and around the farmhouse, there are two covered car parks for eight cars, a 'putting green' with nine holes and 3 tees at different distances, a children's sports area with a small football/basketball court, sandpit, trampoline, the outdoor part of the chicken coop, fenced horse troughs next to the exit from the stalls, and a riding arena. The stone wall enclosing all these described areas of the estate is important: it surrounds an area of more than one hectare and has three gates, providing security and also helping to electrify the walled area, distribute irrigation and facilitate the collection of water from this enclosure, channelling it to the small reservoir.

Water. There are two interconnected wells that supply, on demand, the 36 m3 tanks located beneath the entrance hall and chapel. The water settles there and is supplied to all the houses and to a 3m3 tank in the farmhouse tower, above the main house, which allows the houses to be supplied by gravity in the event of a pressure pump failure.

The estate has a small reservoir with a capacity of more than 2,5 million litres, near the farmhouse and upstream of the wells, which is used to irrigate the outdoor fruit orchard and the entire landscaped area..

The estate has electricity supplied by Endesa, with its own 25 kva transformer, which supplies power to the entire farmhouse.

All the houses have heating and hot water, with individual boilers and a gas tank located outside the enclosed area.
