Rural land, it is flat with two levels, a larger area and a higher plot, an area with waterwheels for irrigation although the plot does not have a well or waterwheel; right next to it there is a natural well. The land is currently uncultivated. The plot has views of the town of Vall d'alba and is accessed via a paved road except for the last 150 meters, which is a dirt road. It is quite close to the town and is an inhabited area with neighbors nearby.
