Overview
The properties in question form a continuous area of 143,06 hectares of dryland, located in the municipality of La Muela, within an established energy environment and surrounded by four photovoltaic plants in operation or authorised.
• The area has evacuation capacity approved by the Government of Aragón.
• Medium- and high-voltage lines have already been built or authorised.
• The SET La Muela and the 15 kV lines are operational.
• The feasibility of evacuation will be determined by consulting the network operator’s Access Capacity Map (e Distribución / REE) and, where applicable, by obtaining the Access Capacity Report (ICA). The presence of several photovoltaic plants in operation around the properties confirms that the area has operational evacuation infrastructure and that the SET La Muela has accepted capacity in recent dates.
The presence of these facilities confirms the technical, environmental and administrative feasibility of the area for new photovoltaic developments, as well as the existence of operational evacuation infrastructure.

• No environmental protection status (not ZEPA, not LIC, not RN2000)
• Urban planning classification compatible with renewables
• Sufficient area for 20–80 MW plants

• No easements that would prevent the installation of a photovoltaic plant
• The following will be provided: land registry extract, title, SIGPAC plans, boundaries, certificate of charges.
