Armintza, we are selling a property with an approx. 15,000 m2 plot, bordered around its peninsula-shaped grounds by the Andraka River, which flows into the coast of the village of Armintza. On this plot we find a modern civil concrete building that needs updating and bringing back to life, approx. 550 m2. Another smaller building, with a square floor plan and a gabled roof, approx. 100 m2, and, on the lower part of the river slope, another rectangular building, 100 m2. All in need of restoration. The main property, built around 1980, has two residential floors, an attic and a huge basement-garage floor divided into two halves of about 100 m2 each. The ground floor, 150 m2, of this building, with Indian-style influences, has 4 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, two large bathrooms with bathtubs, and a lovely gathering area with a fireplace and dining room. Entirely exterior-facing. With electric heating and water heater. The second floor, 150, is unfinished, awaiting a new project. At the top, an attic surrounded by a huge terrace, with relaxing views of the mountains, over the river, and of the coast of the village of Armintza. To be completed. The basement floor has a garage area with storage rooms, a woodshed and more. Another annex with its own independent entrance for a games area, and another room, as a gardening room, and more. It is a romantic home of colossal dimensions, resting in a dreamlike corner of nature. Listening to the sound of the river water, caressed by the mountain or coastal breeze. Hidden among bucolic vegetation. Whichever way you look, it is warm and intimate. If you need more information, you can contact Manene Inmobiliaria. ### ### ###.
