This new-build chalet, currently at the project stage, will be located in Canide, in the municipality of Oleiros, one of the most prestigious areas on the A Coruna coast. The plot is less than 200 metres from the sea and 230 metres from the beach, and about 5 km from the centre of Oleiros.
The chalet is designed with a cutting-edge style, clean lines and top-quality finishes, with large windows that maximise the views over the surroundings and the entry of natural light. The plot will be fully enclosed and will feature gardens on both sides. The chalet will be spread over 2 floors plus a semi-basement.
The semi-basement will house a garage with space for two vehicles, a storage room and a lift giving access to the house. The ground floor will have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with work corners and a laundry room. The upper floor is conceived as an open-plan space with a living-dining area, fitted kitchen and a terrace with a pool offering panoramic views over the coastal landscape.
The house will have underfloor heating and high-quality materials, and finishes can be configured before construction begins.
This is a project pending construction, with an estimated completion time of 18 months from the start of works.
The property is 10 km from A Coruna, a city with its own airport and sea connections, and about 70 km from Santiago de Compostela and its international airport.
