Spectacular forestry and livestock estate of 1.929 ha in the County of Huelva.

30 km from Huelva, 26 km from El Rocío, 45 km from Matalascañas and 30 km from Doñana Natural Park. Close to the airports of Seville (80 km) and Faro, Portugal (140 km).

Several main vegetation units can be distinguished:

1.- A pine forest of 800 Ha.

2.- A eucalyptus plantation of 1000 Ha. for timber and energy crops (rostrata, globulus and dunni clones in wetter areas).

3.- An 80 ha cork oak dehesa distributed throughout the estate; generally, formations of more than 10 ha as a pure stand are not found, and cork oaks are observed scattered among the pine forests. It is fenced around the perimeter with livestock mesh.

4.- Cereal cultivation 10 Ha.

5.- Wild olive tree plantation 10 Ha.

The undergrowth includes species typical of the area: rockrose and jaguarzos, torviscos, mastic trees, myrtles and olivilla, among others.

Timber, hunting and biomass use.

For big and small game hunting, small plots of pasture are sown to feed game species. A large part of the estate has a perimeter fence, with 600 ha currently fenced.

It has 5 wells with abundant water.

It holds FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification for sustainable forest management under the group scheme.

The cortijo consists of the main residence of 650 m². It has four bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and a spacious attic with wooden beams.

There are three dwellings of 180 m² each, with two or three bedrooms.

There is a 240 m² caretaker's house with a bedroom, bathroom and living room.

All spaces used as dwellings need complete renovation.

It has a 550 m² tool shed containing a generator and a diesel tank.

Everything is eligible for a change of use and tourist use.
