Finca with a total surface area of 30.600 m2, located about 9 kilometers from the village of Maella and also 9 kilometers from the village of Mazaleon. There are olive trees in a private valley, which opens onto a terrace, which is completely surrounded by hilly areas. Because of this there is a lot of privacy. The mas has an area of 84 m2, divided over two floors  2x 42 m2 . The walls are standing upright, but the roof has collapsed. The mas is located on a high point of the property and therefore has beautiful views. It is possible to completely renovate the mas. It is a quiet location with lots of privacy. To get to the mas with a car, the road would have to be repaired. We can assist with this, this happens more often. Lake  Civan  is located 5 kilometers from the finca.
