OPPORTUNITY! FOR SALE in Abanilla la Umbria, rustic property in the heart of nature and far from the noise and bustle, ideal for lovers of peace and nature. With 1 bedroom and a fireplace, this property offers 46.00 m2 of space to enjoy in a rural setting. This lodge is attached to another small lodge owned by someone else. It has no bathroom, but one could be built; there is no water or electricity, so solar panels or a generator need to be installed, and a water tank—there are several on the land, only a small pump needs to be installed. Access is via a steep mountain track, suitable for a high-clearance vehicle, and it is close to the nearest village, about 10 minutes away; Abanilla is just 15 minutes away. The lodge needs some work, as it has been closed for some time. It is the perfect place to disconnect and relax. Enjoy a country lifestyle surrounded by beautiful landscapes and in harmony with nature, as in addition to the lodge's 10.500m2 of land, the owner is also including 52.800m2 of wooded mountain land. You can enjoy the wonders of the Rio Chicamo, well known to nature lovers.
