Hunting and recreational estate in Ciudad Real, with a total area of 101 hectares. The entire perimeter of the estate is enclosed by game fencing.
It forms a private hunting reserve together with the adjacent estate, with the owner of these 101 hectares being the holder of the hunting reserve; they also have the hunting rights over the entire reserve, where deer, wild boar and roe deer are abundant, as well as partridge and pigeon.
There are no public roads; all the internal roads are private to the estate.
It has plenty of water: several high-yield wells, a stream and very good ponds.
Main house and hunters’ lodge.
75 hectares are beautiful woodland, with sunny and shady slopes where cork oak, holm oak, kermes oak, strawberry tree, heather, wild olive, kermes oak, etc., etc. are abundant. The rest is farmland in the form of dehesa, very attractive, with scattered holm oaks and cork oaks.
Immediate access from the road.
