I am selling 2 adjoining plots of land planted with black truffle / tuber-melonosporum. Approximately 3 Ha, planted with mycorrhizal holm oaks (some ordinary oaks), approximately 650 trees, with an inoculation certificate; all paperwork is in order, and there is the possibility of receiving subsidies. Possibility of digging a well. Water found by several dowsers. Selling for health reasons. Serious and/or professional buyers only. I offer up to 1 year of advice to whoever buys the plots.
