Impressive estate at the very entrance to Guejar Sierra, in the complex known as Finca La Joya. It has two entrances: the main one is on the road leading into the village, just a few metres away, with a paved path leading to the group of buildings; the other is barely 400 metres from Barrio Alto de Guejar Sierra. According to the cadastre, the estate covers 25.123 square metres, with agricultural land partly used for planting olive trees, with 142 trees. It also has land with almond, walnut, cherry, pear and fig trees, and grapevines, as well as land for sowing. The abundant water supply is noteworthy: there are three springs, four drinking-water connections and twenty celemines of irrigation water from the La Solana irrigation channel, distributed by the Irrigation Community and supplying other properties in the same area. There are 900 square metres of built area, divided into four dwellings, each with a ground floor and an upper floor, and its own kitchen, living room, bathrooms and bedrooms. Built with rustic charm, they are ready to move into, as the electrical installation has been registered. There is also a shared games room, a swimming pool, two water cisterns and outbuildings for tools and agricultural use. An investment for nature lovers, in the heart of Sierra Nevada and just a few metres from the village.
